Occuwell Health Care started business in 2002 with only one occupational health care contract. Since inception, we have developed a strong reputation and now service a number of large clients, whilst retaining our initial clientele. We constantly strive to provide quality occupational health to clients in industry and commerce, to offer enhanced wellness services and ensure clients are offered excellent, ethical, legally compliant health services. In the interest of ensuring service excellence, we have limited our work to Kwa-Zulu Natal.

We have a number of long-standing occupational clinic contracts. The first of these was entered 16 years ago with Rainbow Chickens (renamed RCL Foods Consumer), and now includes all KZN clinics for RCL Foods (Pty) Ltd and their subsidiaries, extending from farm to head office. We also offer fully independent wellness services to a number of our clients, including a ten-year relationship with Co-operative Government and Traditional Affairs (COGTA) in 17 different sites in KZN. We are flexible to client needs and can offer intermittent or full-time services.

Where possible, we have established Public Private Partnerships (PPP) to allow us to offer enhanced wellness services to clients (e.g. pap smears, circumcisions, family planning and HIV testing). With the nature of our business focusing on care, we also support numerous charitable initiatives and upliftment projects.
